We're looking for a BIM MEP Modeler to join our innovative design and technology team at Aidea Inc. In this role, you'll support global architectural and engineering projects by developing accurate and coordinated 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Sanitary (MEPFS) systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for MEPFS systems using Revit, Navisworks, and related tools.
  • Conduct clash detection and model coordination across disciplines to ensure system integration and accuracy.
  • Translate MEPFS design drawings and specifications into coordinated and buildable models.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and BIM teams to align technical and design requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with company BIM standards, workflows, and project timelines.
  • Prepare and update documentation, schedules, and shop drawings for design and construction coordination.
  • Ensure models adhere to local building codes and client requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Industrial Technology (preferably with a major in Drafting or MEP-related discipline).
  • 2+ years of experience in MEPFS modeling using Revit, ArchiCAD, or other BIM software.
  • Proficient in Revit and Navisworks; knowledge of Twinmotion or similar visualization tools is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of MEPFS systems, coordination processes, and construction methods.
  • Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection is highly preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Can work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferably residing in Pampanga or nearby areas.
