Our client is looking for a BIM Designer who is experienced in using Revit to support architectural and construction projects. If you enjoy working on 3D models, drawings, and bringing designs to life, we'd love to hear from you

As a BIM Designer, you'll help turn design ideas into accurate 3D models and technical drawings. You'll work closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to make sure all project details are correct and up-to-date.

What You'll Do:

  • Create and manage 3D models using Revit and ArchiCAD
  • Prepare construction drawings and documents based on design plans
  • Coordinate with different teams to ensure all model updates are correct
  • Read and apply architectural plans and construction knowledge
  • Help solve design or modeling issues during the project
  • Share progress and updates with the team
  • Follow project standards, timelines, and client requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduate of Architecture, Engineering, or Drafting Technology
  • At least 3 years of experience as a BIM Designer, Drafter, or Revit Modeler
  • Proficient in Revit and ArchiCAD
  • Good eye for detail and problem-solving
  • Knowledge of construction and building systems
  • Experience in architecture, MEP, or fit-out projects is a plus
  • Team player with clear communication skills
  • Preferably based in or near Clark, Pampanga
  • Can start immediately is a big plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php26, Php35,000.00 per month
