We're looking for a passionate MEPF BIM Modeler (Mechanical) to join our growing team at Aidea Inc. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build their expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM). As part of our design and technical team, you'll gain hands-on experience working on high-quality, global projects that reflect Aidea's commitment to innovation, collaboration, and design excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Sanitary (MEPFS) systems using Revit and other Autodesk tools.
  • Perform clash detection and model coordination, ensuring systems are fully integrated across disciplines.
  • Translate design drawings and technical specifications into accurate BIM outputs.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to support coordination and problem-solving.
  • Follow company BIM standards, project workflows, and documentation guidelines to ensure consistent deliverables.
  • Assist in preparing shop drawings, schedules, and construction documents as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and project requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Architecture, or a related MEP discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; internship or project-based experience in BIM is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, or similar BIM tools (training will be provided for promising candidates).
  • Strong interest in Mechanical systems design and construction methods.
  • Attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work independently or in a collaborative team.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Preferably based in Pampanga or nearby areas.
