Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce accurate, detailed as-built Revit models from scan data (architectural, structural, and services are applicable) to required LOD standards (LOD
  • Develop, maintain, and manage parametric Revit families in line with company BIM standards
  • Troubleshoot family functionality and provide solutions to improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate custom families into larger projects

Preferred:

  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (4-5 years experience)
  • Hands-on experience with point cloud data
  • Ability to interpret scan data and model accurately to required detail
  • Ability to create complex parametric families and templates
