We're looking for a BIM Modeler – Structural to join our growing team at Aidea Technologies. This role is best suited for Civil Engineering graduates who are passionate about design technology and want to build a career in Building Information Modeling (BIM). You'll be part of a collaborative team working on exciting international projects, where you'll gain hands-on experience in creating accurate and buildable 3D structural models.

Fresh graduates are welcome we'll guide you as you start your professional journey.

Responsibilities

  • Build accurate 3D structural models in Revit based on drawings and point cloud scans.
  • Ensure models meet project requirements and can be constructed on-site.
  • Perform clash detection and prepare coordination drawings.
  • Follow company BIM standards and checklists to maintain quality.
  • Review drawings and specifications to support project delivery.
  • Draft Requests for Information (RFIs) for project managers when clarifications are needed.
  • Act as the first quality checker for your models.
  • Assist in resolving project issues related to schedule, quality, or productivity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; BIM training or internship is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Revit and basic familiarity with BIM workflows.
  • Ability to read and interpret structural and construction drawings.
  • Basic knowledge of Navisworks is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and collaborative.
  • Open to working on-site in Clark, Pampanga.
