About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Associate to join the dynamic team at Bangkok Finds by MC' in Antipolo City Rizal. As an HR Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall human resources function of our growing organisation. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for professional development and growth within our company.

What you'll be doing

  • Process and manage end-to-end payroll with 100% accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure compliance with government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and HRIS.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Support in the implementation of company policies and employee discipline.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff in HR processes.
  • Generate reports and assist management and owners in decision-making.

What we're looking for

  • At least 2–3 years of HR experience, with payroll background.
  • Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws, payroll systems, and government compliance.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience in HRIS is an advantage.
