  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final interviews.
  • Maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, exams, and assessments as needed.
  • Ensure complete and accurate documentation of all recruitment activities.
  • Facilitate pre-employment requirements such as background checks, medicals, and onboarding paperwork.
  • Monitor and track the recruitment pipeline to meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the HR Head or recruitment lead.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies.
