Job Summary:

Movate Philippines, Inc. is seeking a passionate and driven
HR Engagement Associate
to join our Human Resources team. This role is essential in cultivating a positive and engaging workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and internal communication strategies. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and enthusiastic about fostering meaningful employee experiences across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate employee engagement programs aligned with company values and objectives.
  • Coordinate and host engagement activities such as town halls, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and team-building events.
  • Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analyze results to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Communications teams to execute internal campaigns and cultural initiatives.
  • Support onboarding and orientation to ensure a seamless and engaging new hire experience.
  • Monitor employee morale through feedback sessions, focus groups, or one-on-one check-ins.
  • Track and report on engagement metrics, providing data-driven insights to HR leadership.
  • Assist in internal communication efforts to ensure employees are well-informed and aligned.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across all engagement programs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners for event planning and logistics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year experience in HR
    , employee engagement, or internal communications is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and passionate about employee engagement and company culture.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Experience in hosting events, vendor management, and event planning is a plus.
