We are looking for an HR Associate to join our HR team This role is crucial in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding new employees, and maintaining accurate personnel records. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about people, this is a great opportunity to build your HR career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: from screening resumes and conducting interviews to background checking and final coordination with department heads.
- Monitor candidates' progress and ensure timely completion of pre-employment requirements.
- Upload new hire information into the HR system (Sprout), and manage profiles under agency employment.
- Coordinate with partner agencies regarding manpower requests and hiring status.
Employee Orientation & Record Management
- Conduct HR orientation for new hires, covering company profile, code of conduct, compensation and benefits, and employment guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Timekeeping team for system orientation and process familiarization.
- Lead the 1st day company tour and facilitate introductions to departments.
Employee Records & Compliance
- Prepare 201 files, probationary contracts, and maintain updated employee records including plantilla and masterlists.
- Coordinate with the Compensation and Benefits team for TIN registration, government updates (e.g., PMRF), and BDO Cash Card enrollment.
- Manage enrollment of employees in the biometric system and issue company IDs for new and regular employees.
- Maintain and update the office vacancies report regularly.
Other Duties
- Perform other HR-related tasks and assignments as directed by your supervisor or department head.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in HR administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office tools; experience with HR systems (e.g., Sprout) is an advantage.
- Willing to be trained and assigned in Tambo, Parañaque.
