Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Associate (Employee Relations) at Vikings Group of Companies in ASEANA, Parañaque. The Human Resources Associate (Employee Relations) will be responsible for  assisting employee cases, employee & labor laws, and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Knowledge in Employee & Labor Laws
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Must be amenable to work in ASEANA, Paranaque
