I. Duties and Responsibilities
A. Compensation & Benefits (Primary Role)
· Assist in the administration and monitoring of employee benefits programs (HMO/health insurance, government-mandated benefits, company benefits, allowances, leave credits, retirement plans).
· Process employee SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG loan applications, maternity benefits, and other statutory requests.
· Maintain and update employee compensation and benefits records, including salary movements, deductions, allowances, and benefits enrollment.
· Ensure accurate and timely submission of government reports (SSS R3/R5, PhilHealth ER2, Pag-IBIG documents, annual reporting, etc.).
· Assist in the preparation and distribution of compensation and benefits policies, memos, and communication materials.
· Coordinate and validate payroll-related data such as attendance, leaves, overtime, deductions, and benefits contributions.
· Liaise with benefits providers, government agencies, and contractors for updates, compliance, and employee concerns.
B. HR Support
· Assist in on-boarding and off-boarding processes (pre-employment requirements, employee 201 files, clearance, exit documents).
· Maintain and update employee records, digital files, and HR databases for all companies under the group.
· Assist in monitoring employee attendance, tardiness, disciplinary actions, and HR documentation.
· Support HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and company-wide announcements.
C. Administration & Office Support
· Handle general administrative tasks including filing, data encoding, document routing, courier coordination, and office records management.
· Assist in procurement of office supplies, monitoring usage, and coordinating with suppliers for replenishment.
· Support general operations by ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and readiness of business areas.
· Answer and route calls, emails, walk-in inquiries, and visitors professionally.
· Assist in logistics and coordination across the group of companies for administrative needs, meetings, and scheduled activities.
· Provide administrative assistance to various departments as required.
D. Compliance & Reporting
· Ensure adherence to DOLE standards, HR policies, and statutory requirements across the group of companies.
· Safeguard confidential information and maintain compliance with data privacy regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
