JOB DESCRIPTION:

The HR Coordinator ensures all staff and workers enjoy a positive work experience through effective administration of compensation, benefits, and employee engagement programs. The HR Coordinator also manages attendance, payroll processing, government-mandated contributions, and coordination with the company's accounting firm. Additionally, the position assists in organizing employee-related activities such as training, team building, company planning, and annual events, contributing to a healthy and productive workplace culture.

  1. Knowledgeable in all facets of Human Resources

  2. Knowledgeable in SSS/Phil Health/ Pag-ibig and other government mandated employment contribution.

  3. Posses personality that will earn collegial respect and understanding as an HR practitioner.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • College degree holder in Psychology, Accountancy, Management or other related course.
  • Willing to work in Bacoor City. Preferable resident around in Cavite area.
  • At least minimum of 3 years experience as HR Generalist, HR Coordinator or HR Manager. Preferably in construction company.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other payroll related software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
