HR Officer

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support our Human Resources department. The role involves handling recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
- Monitor attendance, leave applications, and timekeeping reports.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in coordination with management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
- Coordinate with Accounting for payroll preparation and benefits administration.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.
- Support in employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Continue to develop Training Development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in HR or related field (experience in recruitment or payroll is an advantage).
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
