We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our CEO. The role involves executive support, supplier coordination, and event management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive-level support to the CEO, including calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, financial documents, and other materials.
  • Act as liaison between the CEO, internal teams, vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Plan and coordinate events such as meetings, workshops, retreats, and corporate functions, including vendor sourcing and logistics.
  • Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and reimbursements.
  • Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive data with discretion.
  • Monitor deadlines, tasks, and deliverables, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Support special projects as assigned by the CEO.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
  • At least 1-3 years' experience as an Executive/Administrative Assistant
  • Experience in event planning and supplier coordination
  • Proficient in MS Office; excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
