Summary of Job Description:

The CEO's PA will serve as the primary right-hand support, ensuring smooth coordination of all executive tasks, travel, and business schedules. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and absolute confidentiality, as the CEO's schedule can change at any time. The PA will be responsible for managing communications, coordinating transportation and accommodation, accompanying the CEO on business trips and external functions.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (Fluent in Chinese and English)
  • Must be highly flexible - willing to work overtime, on weekends, and without fixed working hours
  • Willing to travel for business trips and accompany the CEO for business meetings or as needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong discretion and integrity

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
