Job Description:

  • Supervise and lead a team, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging open communication and teamwork.
  • Ensure that client interactions meet quality standards and adhere to company guidelines.
  • Conduct regular quality assessments and provide feedback to team members for continuous improvement.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate with the training department to address skill gaps.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support for skill enhancement and career development.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in supervising a remote team in an outsourcing industry.
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Must be amenable to work at night
  • Must have own working asset (Computer - Atleast i5 processor and 4GB Ram; Webcam; Noise Cancelling Headset)
  • Must be amenable to working with time trackers (example: Time Doctor, Hubstaff, Clockify, Team Logger)
