Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage CRM systems (Follow Up Boss, Wise Agent) for client and lead tracking
  • Assist with marketing and lead generation activities
  • Create and schedule social media content, including reels editing and graphic design using Canva
  • Coordinate real estate transactions, including client documentation and follow-ups
  • Manage property listings and ensure accurate information across platforms
  • Oversee email and calendar management for executives
  • Provide general administrative and executive support
  • Support project management, data entry, and file management tasks

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in real estate and property management in Illinois (IL) or Indiana (IN)
  • Experience with Coldwell Banker Realty is a plus
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Canva, Meta Business Suite
  • Strong skills in CRM management, social media management, and graphic design
  • Experience with transaction coordination and client documentation
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with sales processes, including lead generation and outbound calls
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management and administrative skills
  • Must be amenable to work at night
  • Must be comfortable working with timetrackers
  • Must have own working equipment (computer: atleast i5 and 8GB Ram, webcamera, and noise cancelling headset)
