Executive Assistant to the CEO

Location: Taguig City, Philippines (Hybrid setup – 3 days onsite, 2 days home-based)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Weekends Off
Occasional Travel Required
About the Role:
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you'll play a crucial role in managing the daily operations, schedules, and creative projects of one of the Philippines' fastest-growing beauty brands. This position requires someone who is smart, organized, reliable, and confident someone who can balance professionalism with creativity and represent the brand with poise both online and offline.
You will work closely with the CEO on business coordination, marketing initiatives, and occasionally appear in brand content as part of the company's public-facing image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the CEO.
- Manage the CEO's schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Prepare and review documents, presentations, reports, and business correspondence.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with team members, partners, and clients.
- Assist in project coordination, including product launches, campaigns, and brand events.
- Serve as liaison between the CEO and internal departments to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform research and data organization to support business decisions.
- Occasionally appear in videos, social media content, or brand campaigns as part of the creative team.
- Represent the CEO with professionalism and confidence during events or business travels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in the beauty, cosmetics, lifestyle, or creative industry.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with clear diction and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office and familiar with online project management tools.
- Social media–savvy and comfortable appearing on camera when needed.
- Must be based in or near Taguig City.
- Willing to travel locally or internationally if required.
