Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the setup, configuration, and optimization of HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
  • Develop and manage HubSpot workflows, pipelines, and automation to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to provide insights into marketing, sales, and operational performance.
  • Oversee data management within HubSpot, ensuring data integrity, segmentation, and syncing with other tools.
  • Support the HubSpot migration process, including data transfer, system setup, and user onboarding.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to implement campaigns, lead nurturing strategies, and automated communications.
  • Provide ongoing training and support for internal teams using HubSpot.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HubSpot-related issues, ensuring system stability and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (3+ years preferred) working with HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Operations Hubs.
  • Strong background in workflow automation, CRM setup, and system integrations.
  • Experience in data analysis and building performance reports within HubSpot.
  • Excellent understanding of marketing automation principles and CRM best practices.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into HubSpot solutions.
  • Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proactive problem solver.
  • Must be amenable to work at night
  • Must be comfortable working with timetrackers
  • Must have own working equipment (computer: atleast i5 and 8GB Ram, webcamera, and noise cancelling headset)
