Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation and outbound calls
  • Maintain and update data within Pipedrive CRM and other sales platforms
  • Support project management, file management, and administrative tasks
  • Assist with CRM management and ensure data accuracy
  • Utilize Microsoft Suites and Google Workspace for daily operations
  • Generate sales reports and provide insights for process improvement
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies

Qualifications:

  • Experience with sales pipeline creation and management
  • Proficient in Pipedrive CRM and other CRM platforms
  • Strong data management and spreadsheet skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms
  • Experience with Microsoft Suites and Google Workspace
  • Excellent organizational and administrative support skills
  • Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in sales (lead generation and outbound calls)
  • Strong project and file management abilities
  • Must be amenable to work at night
  • Must have own working asset (Computer - Atleast i5 processor and 4GB Ram; Webcam; Noise Cancelling Headset)
  • Must be amenable to working with time trackers (example: Time Doctor, Hubstaff, Clockify, Team Logger)
