We're looking for a Solutions Account Executive — a hybrid of strategist, communicator, and deal-maker who thrives on solving real business challenges through technology. You'll turn interest into impact: from the first hello to the signed deal, you'll help organizations reimagine what's possible through world-class digital solutions.
✦ What You'll Do
- Engage inbound leads and outbound prospects with professionalism and precision
- Conduct discovery calls to uncover client goals, challenges, and transformation opportunities
- Collaborate with analysts, designers, and engineers to shape winning proposals
- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and cost estimates
- Manage the full B2B sales cycle — from scoping and negotiation to closing and client handoff
- Maintain CRM discipline and coordinate with the Operations and Project Teams for seamless execution
- Represent PRAXXYS with integrity, clarity, and excellence in all client interactions
✦ What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, digital agency, software, or tech services
- Strong understanding of websites, web apps, or enterprise systems (technical aptitude a plus)
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to synthesize client needs into actionable, technical-aligned proposals
- High ownership mindset — resourceful, organized, and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and document/presentation software
