We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive (SEO/SEM Specialist) — a growth architect, storyteller, and strategist in one.

You'll lead the full lifecycle of search engine marketing and optimization campaigns, from keyword analysis and content architecture to analytics and performance refinement — driving visibility, resonance, and measurable business impact.

✦ What You'll Do

  • Own the full SEO and SEM lifecycle — research, plan, execute, optimize, and report
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and trend mapping for strategic visibility
  • Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing)
  • Optimize website structure, landing pages, and meta content for organic growth
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and developers to ensure technical SEO compliance
  • Track, analyze, and improve CTR, CPC, Quality Scores, conversion rates, and lead quality
  • Build dashboards and performance reports with clear, data-backed insights
  • Experiment with AI tools and automation to scale marketing precision
  • Uphold the PRAXXYS brand voice — ensuring every campaign echoes our mission and soul

✦ What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, and SEM
  • Strong command of Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and keyword tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
  • Understanding of on-page SEO, technical optimization, and basic HTML/CMS editing
  • Demonstrated track record of improving visibility, conversions, or ROAS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication — articulate, persuasive, and brand-conscious
  • Self-directed, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Passionate about the intersection of technology, storytelling, and data-driven growth
