We're looking for an Operations Officer — a disciplined generalist who blends the analytical rigor of a Machinist with the coordination instincts of a Marshal. You'll keep the PRAXXYS machine running smoothly: maintaining systems, aligning teams, and ensuring that what needs to happen — happens.

✦ What You'll Do

  • Coordinate operations, schedules, and deliverables across departments to maintain organizational flow
  • Implement and monitor internal systems, trackers, and workflows for clarity and accountability
  • Support leadership in managing project readiness, resource allocation, and process improvements
  • Liaise with HR, Finance, and Admin to ensure alignment and operational continuity
  • Gather operational data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions for efficiency and discipline
  • Uphold the company's standards of precision, timeliness, and integrity in every process

✦ What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, coordination, or management support roles (tech or agency background preferred)
  • Strong systems thinking and organizational discipline
  • Excellent command of documentation, planning, and communication tools (Google Workspace, Notion, ClickUp, Sheets)
  • Natural ability to lead with authority, coordinate calmly under pressure, and think several moves ahead
  • A "make it happen" mindset — proactive, accountable, and allergic to chaos
