We are looking for a Sales Account Executive (B2B) — part strategist, part communicator, part deal-maker — who can turn business problems into digital transformation victories.

✦ What You Will Do

  • Engage inbound leads and outbound prospects with clarity, confidence, and professionalism
  • Lead discovery calls to identify client goals, blockers, and digital transformation opportunities
  • Work with analysts, designers, and engineers to craft high-impact proposals and cost estimates
  • Prepare and deliver winning presentations to decision-makers
  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle — from scoping and negotiation to deal closure and client handoff
  • Maintain CRM discipline and ensure smooth coordination with Project and Operations teams
  • Represent PRAXXYS with excellence, integrity, and sharp communication

✦ What You Bring

  • 1+ years in B2B sales (tech, digital agency, or software preferred)
  • Working knowledge of websites, web apps, or enterprise systems
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate client needs into precise, technical-aligned proposals
  • High ownership mindset — organized, resourceful, detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Workspace
