We're looking for a Marketing Executive (Brand & Growth) — a rare hybrid of creativity, clarity, and strategy. Someone who can craft stories that move people, and build funnels that move numbers. Someone who sees possibility where others see limits.

If Sales opens the door, you create the demand that makes the door appear.

✦ What You Will Do

This is a high-impact role directly reporting to the CEO. You will:

• Own and evolve PRAXXYS's brand voice — the tone, story, and narrative we present to the world
• Conceptualize campaigns that shift perceptions, break stereotypes, and inspire the region
• Create content (copy, visuals, campaigns) that resonates emotionally and communicates clearly
• Run growth experiments across social, search, email, and paid channels
• Design and execute the marketing calendar: launches, campaigns, case study drops, updates
• Craft materials that fuel demand generation and strengthen the Sales & Marketing Pylon
• Work with designers, analysts, and business units to turn business insights into compelling stories
• Develop strategic narratives for PRAXXYS's portfolio: AI, ultra-custom systems, enterprise solutions
• Drive SEO fundamentals, content strategy, and site improvements
• Track performance, analyze data, and optimize for reach, engagement, and conversion
• Help build a brand that is unmistakably Filipino — and undeniably world-class

You might be early career or mid career, but you have:

• Natural storytelling instinct — you know what good taste feels like
• Strong writing ability (short-form, long-form, campaign copy)
• Creative intuition paired with analytical thinking
• Genuine curiosity about tech, AI, business, and digital transformation
• Ability to translate ideas into clear narratives, visuals, or campaigns
• Understanding of social media dynamics, marketing funnels, and basic analytics
• A habit of experimenting, iterating, and learning fast
• Hunger to grow into a leadership-level brand & marketing strategist
• Ownership, discipline, and an eye for detail

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience running ads or managing SEO
• Basic design familiarity (Figma, Canva, or similar)
• Experience creating case studies, marketing videos, or client stories
• An "I can figure it out" mindset
