Account Executive (Client Success & After Sales)

✦ What You Will Do

  • Manage relationships with assigned clients after the initial project or deal
  • Understand each client's business deeply and identify opportunities for system upgrades, enhancements, and cross-solution expansion
  • Act as strategic advisor for clients across digital transformation solutions: CRM, ecommerce, logistics, accounting, loyalty, AI systems, and more
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews, check-ins, and performance assessments
  • Coordinate with Analysts, Designers, Engineers, and PMs to deliver new scopes or enhancements
  • Track account health, risks, feedback, and satisfaction metrics
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and referral opportunities across the client's divisions and business units
  • Ensure smooth communication, expectation alignment, and long-term trust

✦ What You Bring

  • 1+ years of experience in client-facing roles: Account Management, Client Success, Customer Success, or B2B Relationship Management
  • Basic understanding of websites, web apps, or enterprise systems (technical aptitude preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving mindset; able to translate client feedback into actionable scopes
  • Organized, reliable, and proactive — you manage deadlines, not the other way around
  • Experience using CRM tools and Google Workspace
