Account Executive (Client Success & After Sales)

✦ What You Will Do
- Manage relationships with assigned clients after the initial project or deal
- Understand each client's business deeply and identify opportunities for system upgrades, enhancements, and cross-solution expansion
- Act as strategic advisor for clients across digital transformation solutions: CRM, ecommerce, logistics, accounting, loyalty, AI systems, and more
- Conduct quarterly business reviews, check-ins, and performance assessments
- Coordinate with Analysts, Designers, Engineers, and PMs to deliver new scopes or enhancements
- Track account health, risks, feedback, and satisfaction metrics
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and referral opportunities across the client's divisions and business units
- Ensure smooth communication, expectation alignment, and long-term trust
✦ What You Bring
- 1+ years of experience in client-facing roles: Account Management, Client Success, Customer Success, or B2B Relationship Management
- Basic understanding of websites, web apps, or enterprise systems (technical aptitude preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset; able to translate client feedback into actionable scopes
- Organized, reliable, and proactive — you manage deadlines, not the other way around
- Experience using CRM tools and Google Workspace
