We are hiring a Finance Officer — a disciplined, detail-driven fiscal steward who will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of PRAXXYS's financial systems. This is a Level 2 Ledger role: not just bookkeeping, but institutional finance support for a fast-scaling tech company.

✦ What You Will Do1. Full-Spectrum Bookkeeping

• Maintain accurate ledgers (General Ledger, AP, AR)
• Ensure proper accrual accounting for all transactions
• Prepare monthly trial balances and audit-ready records

2. Expense & Liquidation Management

• Process employee liquidations and reimbursements
• Validate completeness of receipts and documentation
• Track operational expenses and flag variances

3. Accounts Payable & Vendor Relations

• Validate supplier invoices and supporting documents
• Maintain a payment calendar (zero missed deadlines)
• Coordinate smooth vendor and subscription payments

4. Accounts Receivable Monitoring

• Maintain updated receivables ledger
• Track overdue accounts and escalate for follow-up
• Support Sales and After Sales on collection alignment

5. Payroll Coordination

• Prepare payroll reports and validate adjustments
• Align with HR on new hires, offsets, absences
• Ensure timely, error-free payroll cycles

6. Cashflow Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor daily cash position
• Prepare weekly cashflow forecasts
• Prepare monthly management financial reports

7. Compliance & Government Filings

• Prepare documentation for BIR, VAT, and withholding
• Coordinate with external accountants
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready archives

8. Internal Finance Systems Support

• Work with Internal Ops for smoother finance workflows
• Contribute to process improvements, structure, and discipline
• Support integration with PRAXXYS's internal platforms

• 1+ years experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance operations
• Strong grasp of accounting principles and ledger discipline
• High proficiency in spreadsheets and finance tools
• Experience with AP/AR, payroll, and expense management
• Meticulous attention to detail — zero tolerance for errors
• High integrity, confidentiality, and ownership mindset
• Strong communication and organizational skills
