We're looking for a Systems Analyst — the Architect who turns messy real-world processes into clear, buildable blueprints for our designers and engineers.

From ecommerce to logistics, CRMs to enterprise platforms, you'll help shape the systems that move industries forward.

✦ What You Will Do

• Lead discovery sessions with clients and internal teams to understand business goals, pain points, and process flows
• Analyze existing workflows and systems; identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for automation and optimization
• Translate business needs into clear, structured artifacts: BRDs, user stories, use cases, process maps, data flow diagrams, and system architecture outlines
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX Designers, Developers, and Project Managers to ensure designs and builds match the agreed logic and constraints
• Define and document functional and non-functional requirements for web, mobile, and enterprise systems
• Assist in solution scoping and estimation for proposals and change requests
• Support QA and UAT by clarifying requirements, validating features against specs, and refining edge cases
• Continuously improve our internal discovery and documentation standards as part of the Discovery & Design Pylon (Design System, Research Rituals, Prototype Library)

✦ What You Bring

• 1+ years experience as Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in software, digital agency, or IT consulting
• Solid understanding of web and mobile application concepts (frontend vs backend, APIs, databases, integrations)
• Experience creating:
• Process maps / flowcharts
• Requirements documents / user stories
• Basic data models or ERDs (nice to have)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills — you enjoy digging into details and edge cases
• Excellent communication skills in English; able to talk to both business stakeholders and technical teams
• Comfortable using tools such as:
• Diagramming tools (e.g., , Miro, Lucidchart, Figma whiteboards)
• Office/Docs suites (Google Workspace, MS Office)
• Project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Asana, etc.)

Bonus points if you:

• Have experience with ecommerce, logistics, CRM, ERP, or other enterprise systems
• Have worked in an agile / sprint-based environment
• Are curious about AI and how it can embed into business workflows
