We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who can turn insight into interface, complexity into clarity, and business goals into elegant digital experiences.

You'll partner with Systems Analysts, Project Commanders, and Engineers to design products that shape industries — grounded in usability, craftsmanship, and strategic thinking.

✦ What You Will Do

• Collaborate with Systems Analysts and clients to understand business goals, user needs, system logic, and process flows
• Translate requirements into intuitive UX artifacts: user flows, wireframes, journey maps, information architecture, low/high-fidelity prototypes
• Design responsive UI for web and mobile (iOS/Android), aligned with modern patterns and platform guidelines
• Build consistent, scalable interfaces using our evolving PRAXXYS Design System (and help refine it)
• Work closely with Developers to ensure smooth implementation and UI/UX integrity
• Conduct design reviews, refine edge cases, and support QA during development
• Participate in discovery sessions, usability considerations, and early-stage concepts
• Advocate for clarity, simplicity, and best practices in every feature you touch

✦ What You Bring

• 2+ years experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile applications
• Strong portfolio showing well-structured UX thinking and clean UI execution
• Proficiency in Figma (autolayout, components, variants, prototypes)
• Understanding of:
• User flows / IA
• Wireframing
• Responsive design
• Mobile app patterns (iOS/Android)
• Component-driven design
• Ability to communicate design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS concepts (not coding, just understanding constraints)
• Comfort working within structured and fast-moving design-production cycles

Bonus (not required):

• Experience with ecommerce, logistics, CRM, ERP, dashboards, or enterprise systems
• Experience working with design systems
• Experience in usability testing or user research
• Curiosity around AI-assisted design workflows
