HR Administrative Assistant

- Analyze HR data related to headcount, turnover, compensation, performance, and manpower allocation across construction sites.
- Monitor and streamline recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes specific to site-based and office-based personnel.
- Work closely with the operations and project management teams to forecast labor needs and develop workforce deployment plans.
- Develop and implement standardized HR forms, workflows, and documentation systems.
- Maintain and analyze HRIS and timekeeping systems to ensure accurate tracking of attendance, man-hours, and project assignments.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support decision-making and compliance reporting.
- Assist in audit preparation and ensure alignment with DOLE requirements and labor compliance for project-based employees.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements in employee lifecycle, policy administration, and documentation flow.
- Support the implementation of performance management and training systems across different construction sites.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Human Resources
- At least 2 years of experience as an HR Analyst, preferably in the construction or project-based industry.
- Proficient in Excel, HRIS, Google Workspace, and process mapping tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Familiar with DOLE regulations and labor-related compliance practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience in ISO documentation or systems audit (an advantage).
- Process-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
