Job Title: HR Supervisor

Job Summary:

The HR Supervisor will oversee and manage the daily operations of the Human Resources Department, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, programs, and procedures. This role is responsible for supervising HR staff, supporting talent acquisition and employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The HR Supervisor will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture while aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and guide HR staff in performing recruitment, employee relations, training, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and internal policies.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR programs covering employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Oversee timekeeping, payroll coordination, and statutory benefits to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Address employee grievances, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution in line with due process.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics to support management in decision-making.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Assist in policy development, adhering to the company code of discipline , and communicating HR guidelines.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, HR processes, and statutory benefits.
  • Proven ability to manage employee relations and handle sensitive HR issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
