Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Assistant who will support the HR team in various functions such as timekeeping, benefits processing, and employee records management. The role also involves assisting in employee engagement activities and ensuring timely and accurate HR-related documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has the initiative to contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Job Qualifications
*At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in timekeeping, benefits processing, and other HR functions.
*Proficient in MS Excel for reports and data management; basic skills in Canva for HR communication materials.
*Strong organizational skills, accuracy in handling employee records, and ability to meet deadlines.
*Good communication and interpersonal skills.
*Must be residing in or near Pasig, Mandaluyong, or Taguig for ease of reporting to the office.
Job Type: Full-time
