Job Description Review

  • Sourcing suppliers by browsing websites and pharmaceutical convention listings, as well as utilizing existing suppliers from the Philippines for company profiles and product portfolios.
  • Sending introductory emails for potential collaborations and day to day communications.
  • Collecting IMS data including sales by value, sales by unit, number of competitors, growth metrics, and product descriptions.
  • Collaborating with OM/BDM for product selection and shortlisting.
  • Negotiating prices via email based on market survey data and suppliers' proposed prices and MOQ/batch size.
  • Engaging in discussions regarding agreements and addenda.
  • Answering minor queries from suppliers related to regulations and sharing basic requirements.
  • Discussing additional products as needed.
  • Attending calls to discuss concerns and follow up on action items.
  • Preparing brand names and endorsing them to consultants for initial checks and trademark applications.
  • Preparing and updating all relevant reports.

Job Qualification

• A Registered Pharmacist or a Graduate of any related healthcare course.

• Experience in any pharmacy setting is an advantage.

• With excellent communication skills

• With a pleasing personality and the ability to negotiate prices and forecast

• Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate, With Experience.

Schedule: Monday to Friday
