Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and results-driven Sales Coach to enhance the performance and productivity of our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for salesforce development, through group and one-on-one coaching, training programs, performance management, implementation of processes and procedures, application of best practices, motivation and culture development. You will play a key role in shaping sales behaviors, refining techniques, and ultimately driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Coaching & Training

  • Manage the onboarding of new sales hires with foundational sales training and growth plans
  • Provide 1-on-1 and group coaching sessions to new and tenured sales representatives.
  • Develop and implement structured training programs tailored to different sales levels.
  • Conduct role-play exercises, call reviews, and skill-building sessions.

Performance Management

  • Monitor sales metrics (calls, quotes, conversion rates, closed deals).
  • Identify skill gaps and create improvement plans for individual reps.
  • Support management in evaluating team performance and setting realistic goals.
  • Send daily, weekly and monthly reports to management.

Process & Best Practices

  • Reinforce compliance with company sales processes and client engagement standards.
  • Share best practices, scripts, and sales strategies with the team.
  • Collaborate with management to update training materials and sales playbooks.

Motivation & Culture

  • Inspire and motivate the sales team to reach personal and company targets.
  • Promote continuous learning, and team collaboration.
  • Celebrate individual and team successes to drive engagement and morale.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales coaching, sales enablement (4+ years preferred)
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies and systems (please provide the systems being used by the sales team)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
  • Ability to inspire trust, encourage growth, and provide constructive feedback
  • Experience designing and implementing training and coaching programs
  • Ability to analyze performance data and adjust coaching methods accordingly
