Please note: this is a full-time sales role. You must have stable internet and a near-neutral to American Accent with spoken English to work in this role, and then we can really grow together.

MyCGMCoach is a healthcare company that helps patients with diabetes and prediabetes get started with continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) and expert coaching. We work directly with patients to simplify the process, improve outcomes, and provide ongoing support.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will be speaking directly with US-based patients, guiding them through our enrollment process, and building long-term trust. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to create genuine rapport with patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls with prospective patients.
  • Clearly explain the benefits of CGM and our coaching services.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with patients over the phone.
  • Guide patients through enrollment and answer any questions.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals.

Requirements

  • Near-neutral American accent (essential).
  • Prior experience in inside sales, patient coordination, or healthcare-related sales strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills.
  • Ability to work US business hours (Eastern or Central Time).
  • Must be able to work from a quiet home environment with reliable internet.
  • Confidence, empathy, and professionalism on the phone.

Pay: From Php70,000.00 per month
