Overview

We're seeking an experienced Sales Leader a strategic, executive-level professional who can drive sales growth, optimize processes, and elevate team performance .

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Planning

  • Craft targeted sales strategies aligned with business objectives to foster sustainable revenue growth.

Process Optimization

  • Streamline end-to-end sales operations, enhancing workflows to reduce friction and accelerate deal closure.

Team Development

  • Coach and mentor the sales team through tailored training programs and performance frameworks.

CRM Optimization

  • Improve CRM usage through customized solutions that bolster transparency, accountability, and insights.

Assessment & Roadmap Development

  • Conduct a 2–3 week assessment of current sales strategies, team effectiveness, and market positioning.
  • Develop a customized roadmap with actionable milestones and KPIs.

Hands-On Execution

  • Collaborate with the in-house team during implementation, offering real-time coaching, tactical adjustments, and leadership involvement.

Continuous Performance Optimization

  • Lead regular performance reviews, refine strategies, and ensure accountability and ROI maximization.

Results Tracking & Reporting

  • Define, monitor, and report on sales performance metrics such as revenue growth, pipeline development, win rates, and sales cycle duration.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in complex B2B sales environments, preferably within technology, manufacturing, healthcare, professional services, or financial services.
  • Proven ability to deliver rapid, high-impact results through sales strategy, pipeline expansion, and process improvements.
  • Deep expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), analytics, and sales automation.
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills with a hands-on implementation mindset.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational skills, combined with flexibility and adaptability.
