What We're Looking For:
- Graduate of Psychology, Business or Human Resource Management
- With at least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably as a Generalist
- Strong knowledge of general office procedures and office equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly verbal communication and with strong knowledge of telephone etiquette.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good time management skills and ability to multitask.
- Good analytical abilities.
- Organized and resourceful
- Strong problem-solving skills
What You'll Be Doing:
- To provide appropriate support to the Campus on decisions relating to talent acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Support the management of employees' full life-cycle and act as liaison between employees and the Campus Administrators to address issues or concerns regarding company policies, procedures, and practices.
- Also includes communication and coordination responsibilities relevant to maintaining excellent working relationships with other units of the Campus and external stakeholders and clients.
