HUMAN RESOURCE SUPERVISOR JOB SUMMARY

  • Develops and administers human resourcesprograms and policies including staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, health and safety.
  • Human Resource/Employment Management:
  • Recruitment and Staffing
  • Aligns, monitor, and updates employee requirements/ 201 files
  • Conduct orientation to new employees, developments and trainings; policy development and documentation.
  • Conduct interview for new applicants as well as exit interview
  • Prepares payment for government remittances such as SSS, PAG-IBIG, and PHILHEALTH
  • Prepares Payroll
  • Record keeping and proper filing of confidential files.
  • Resolves issues between management and employees
  • Direct disciplinary procedures- issue NTE and Memos
  • Counseling and discipline for all employees
  • Develop and implement training programs to meet the needs of all levels
  • Will coordinate to Department Heads regarding dept. concerns
  • Maintain performance evaluation tracking system
  • Represents company on labor related cases
  • Oversees development, updating organizational structure, job description and HR system
  • Ensuring that high standard of company policy, rules, and regulations well followed by all employees.
  • In-charge of Security Team
  • Filing of needed reports and other documents to DOLE
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned time to time

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree of Psychology, HR Management, or Business Course
  • Knowledge in Labor Law is a must
  • At least 5 years experience in the related field
  • Must have a strong personality and Good problem solving skills
  • Excellent in MS office applications
  • Must be both proficient in oral and written communication
  • Must be excellent team player, Adaptable and love people
  • Must be patient and industrious
  • Good organization skills – prioritize work assignments and manage work time
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work responsibly, honest and independently without supervision.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters.
  • Demonstrate capability to interface and maintain effective relationships with co-workers and customers. Customer oriented and service minded.
