We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Compensation & Benefits Assistant to help ensure our people receive the right pay, benefits, and support on time. If you enjoy working with both people and numbers, we'd love to meet you
Job Summary:
Handle timekeeping/payroll, employee benefits, and government compliance to keep HR operations smooth and accurate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year experience in HR, payroll/timekeeping, or compensation & benefits.
- Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process timekeeping/payroll on time and accurately.
- Manage government contributions and statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Maintain employee records and respond to pay/benefits inquiries.
- Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Coordinate with agencies and assist in other HR tasks.
