Position Title: HR & Admin Assistant
Department: Human Resources / Administration
Company: China International Water and Electric Corp.
I. JOB SUMMARY
The HR & Admin Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources and Administration Department. The role assists in daily HR operations such as record-keeping, documentation, coordination, and general office support, to ensure smooth and efficient HR and administrative functions.
II. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Human Resources Functions:
- Assist with recruitment activities (job posting, scheduling interviews, basic CV screening)
- Assist in onboarding/orientation of new employees
- Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR records
- Prepare HR forms, memorandums, letters, and correspondences
- Assist in monitoring employee attendance, timekeeping, and leave tracking
- Assist in coordination and processing of statutory government requirements (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth)
- Help in coordinating employee benefits and company policies
- Assist in preparation and submission of HR reports
Administrative Functions:
- Assist in monitoring and replenishment of office supplies and materials
- Maintain document filing system (scanning, photocopying, archiving and distribution)
- Assist in scheduling meetings, events, and coordination of logistics
- Support travel arrangements (transport, accommodations) as needed
- Coordinate with suppliers, service providers and contractors
- Ensure proper organization and cleanliness of office working areas
- Assist in maintaining administrative records (permits, utilities, rentals, etc.)
III. QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Psychology, or equivalent
- Preferably with at least 1 year HR or Administrative work experience (fresh graduates may be considered)
- Knowledge in basic HR functions is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
