We're looking for an HR Assistant to be an integral part of our team, supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, driving employee engagement, and ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in all facets of HR, including but not limited to: employee engagement, organizational development, compensation and benefits, timekeeping and employee records, onboarding/offboarding, and significant experience in Employee Relations (including investigations and disciplinary actions).
Skills & Attributes
- Demonstrated knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of educating staff and handling sensitive employee relations issues.
- Leadership and industry certifications are an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement & Development
- Coordinate and execute logistics for employee engagement activities and events (e.g., town halls, team-building, holiday parties) to help boost morale and connection.
- Provide administrative support for Organizational Development (OD) initiatives, including scheduling training sessions, preparing materials, and tracking participation.
HR Administration & Operations
- Assist in the administration of all employee benefits, including processing enrollment, managing documentation for government-mandated and company-initiated programs, and ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Support the timekeeping and payroll process by verifying employee attendance records, checking for discrepancies, and ensuring timely submission of data.
- Maintain and update employee personnel files (both digital and physical) with strict adherence to data privacy and company record-keeping standards.
- Execute the logistics for onboarding and offboarding, including preparing welcome kits, processing paperwork, coordinating system access/revocation, and ensuring a smooth transition for the employee.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Assist in monitoring employee adherence to the company's rules and regulations, particularly the Code of Discipline.
- Support the Employee Relations team by scheduling interviews, compiling documentation, and preparing initial drafts of reports for case investigations.
- Prepare and issue routine HR paperwork, such as employment contracts, labor-related notices, and finalized disciplinary action memos as directed.
- Assist in disseminating and clarifying HR policies, especially those concerning employee relations and the Code of Discipline, to staff across various areas.
- Support the tracking and documentation of employee behavioral and attitudinal issues, escalating matters to HR management for appropriate action.
