Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responds to requests, prepares price quotations and proposals for domestic and international itineraries and processes bookings while considering all group specific details
  • Ensure client is informed of and represented in all terms and conditions before, during, and after the group air process including their pre-ticketing, policy, reporting, and security procedures
  • Confirm, process, and follow up with accounts payables and receivables to coordinate and complete the reconciliation process with Finance in order to provide customer with detailed and accurate reconciliation document
  • Maintains and promotes professional and courteous client relations by managing a prompt and accurate response to telephone and email communications
  • Accountable for entering data throughout the life of an event in the various technology tools such as Meetings, Project Management, Reservations and Time Tracking Technologies
  • Plan group travel effectively and efficiently through the established standards, and with meticulous attention to detail according to client provided parameters
  • Stay current with supplier and industry trends through attendance of team meetings and supplier onsite and offsite presentations
  • Works in conjunction with the Group air team to meet client defined meeting parameters and proactively escalating client, supplier, or program issues to management for timely resolution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years' recent working experience as an Air Groups Reservation Agent
  • Proficient in airline terminology, codes, fare basis, airline rules and tariffs
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, consultative)
  • Experience collaborating in a virtual team environment
  • Strong domestic, transborder, and international travel knowledge
  • Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining professional rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills with sound decision-making ability
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy
  • Sabre experience required; Amadeus is an asset
  • Advanced skills in Cvent and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel proficiency preferred) are an asset
  • Ability to travel to client events, as required
  • Onsite role in Makati City
