We are seeking a Reservations Agent to support the hotel Room Reservation operations in achieving the company's objectives, and be an integral part of our guest focused service.

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure proper operation of all responsibilities of Reservations operations
  • To take and maintain up-to-date accurate reservation records, including records of any advance bookings and any cancellations
  • To handle telephone calls, emails and correspondence efficiently, always ensure that relevant standards and procedures are implemented and maintained
  • Communicate with all departments to create a guest centric experience

General Requirements

  • At least 1 year Room Reservation experience in a hotel setting
  • Knowledge of PMS / Shiji
  • Ability to work in a fast pace work environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent hotel management course
