About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team at La europa ceramica tile center inc. in our Mall of Asia Pasay City Metro Manila location. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with our key customers, driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identifying and developing new sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers
  2. Managing a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive a high level of service
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions and support to customers
  4. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity and new product developments
  6. Providing regular progress reports and forecasts to the sales management team

What we're looking for

  1. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the tile or home improvement industry
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
  4. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  5. Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  6. A passion for the tile industry and a commitment to staying up-to-date with market trends
