Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our market presence and build long-term client relationships. The Sales Executive will focus on generating new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets for our portfolio of art supplies and creative brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and company sales goals.
  • Identify, approach, and secure new accounts (schools, bookstores, retailers, distributors, institutions).
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships by providing excellent service and product support.
  • Conduct presentations, product demos, and promotional activities.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports for management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations on campaigns, events, and merchandising programs.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in retail, distribution, or FMCG.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • With valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
