As a Hotel Sales Executive at Networld Hotel Management Corp.', you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales and revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels, such as networking, industry events, and cold calling
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential and existing clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager and senior management
  • Continuously monitor the market and competitors to identify new opportunities and trends
  • Assist in the planning and execution of sales events and promotions

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a hotel sales or account management role
  • Strong understanding of the hotel and hospitality industry, with a proven track record of success in sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to identify and overcome objections
  • Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Hotel Management, Business, or a related field
