
Account Executive

Job Description:
Account Executive undertake as key connectors between the company and its new and existing clients. They are responsible for identifying prospective clients and business opportunities, upselling services, staying abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, managing and nurturing strong relationships, understanding customer needs and addressing concerns, driving revenue growth to overall meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Performing commercial activities to introduce the company, identify opportunities, negotiate, and secure business deals.
- Brainstorming with the Marketing Manager in producing effective commercial initiatives.
- Creating sales call reports on accounts visited, sales forecasts and other reports to the Marketing Manager as required.
- Client Relationship Management
- Understanding the identified target companies and performing market investigation as required.
- Establishing business relationships with Marine Agency Services clients.
- Collaborating with the Marketing Manager in expanding current MAS services.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure they are aware of the commercial requirements stipulated in existing contracts with clients.
- Supervises the progress and examines the effectiveness of ongoing commercial efforts.
- Evaluating whenever current Marketing Materials need updating/revision.
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Business
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent.
- With at least 2 years of related working experience in Shipping/Logistics specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
- Experience in negotiating and closing deals for potential clients.
- Experience in Strategic Negotiations, Customer Relationship Management, Sales/Marketing
- Knowledge and network within the Shipping/Logistics Industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge in Analytics, Data Gathering & Data Interpretation, Sales Techniques, CRM, Market Research, and Digital Marketing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
