The Account Executive is tasked with boosting revenue through sales generation in both new and existing segments. This involves managing client relationships, maximizing upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring superior customer service

Job Summary:

  • Manage customer accounts and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Create fresh approaches to selling and seek new business opportunities.
  • Responding to clients issues and developing innovative approaches.
  • Maintaining allocated accounts and providing continuous customer assistance
  • Developing and maintaining an effective carrier network and excellent customer the sales team, documenting processes, and preparing executive reports.
  • Assessing client needs and selecting appropriate means of transportation that meet cost and timeline expectations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Candidate must possess sales experience in logistics or shipping or freight forwarding
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self motivated, with positive and energetic attitude
  • Willing to work onsite and do field work
