Requirements:
Executive Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other confidential documents.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Organize and support leadership and executive events (including logistics, agendas, and minutes).
- Anticipate executives' needs and proactively address issues before they arise.
Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, supplies procurement
- Manage office budgets, track expenses, and support invoice processing.
- Implement and maintain office policies, systems, and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Support onboarding and offboarding of employees, coordinating workspace, IT setup, and administrative needs.
- Serve as the point of contact for building management, IT support, and service providers.
- Organize company meetings, staff events, and employee engagement activities.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain company records, filing systems, and contact databases.
- Assist HR and Finance teams with administrative tasks such as time tracking, benefits coordination, and expense reporting.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security policies.
- Support internal communications and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Marketing, Business, Office Administration and other related courses
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent verbal land written communication skills
- Highly proficient in MS Office applications, Zoom and Google Meet
- Ability to do multi-tasking and prioritize tasks
- Knowledgeable in e-commerce and various social media platforms
