What You'll Do:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations
- Handle filing, scanning, and documentation tasks
- Manage office supplies and coordinate replenishment requests
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally
- Assist HR and other department teams with reports and document processing
- Help schedule meetings and coordinate logistics
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Perform other tasks as assigned by your supervisor
What We're Looking For:
- Graduate of any 4-year course (preferably Business Administration or related field)
- With at least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and a great team player
