What You'll Do:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations
  • Handle filing, scanning, and documentation tasks
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate replenishment requests
  • Answer phone calls and emails professionally
  • Assist HR and other department teams with reports and document processing
  • Help schedule meetings and coordinate logistics
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by your supervisor

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course (preferably Business Administration or related field)
  • With at least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and a great team player
